Park Rules

Please take note of our park rules to ensure everyone has a great time

General Guidelines

Licensed Premises

We are a licensed premises. No alcohol or glass items are allowed on the park premises for safety reasons. Alcohol is only available at The Thirsty Whale Restaurant.

Children & Supervision

Kids and toddlers must be accompanied by an adult on all kiddies' rides. Children under 12 must have adult supervision at all times within the park.

Appropriate Attire

Only appropriate swimming attire is permitted on rides. No glasses, caps, jewellery, or loose items allowed on slides for safety reasons.

Bodyboard Use

Bodyboards available for hire are for sea use only. Bodyboards are not permitted on water slides.

Braai Facilities

You are welcome to bring your own meat and soft drinks to use at our braai (BBQ) areas. No glass containers or alcohol allowed.

Two-Lane Tube Racer

Access to the two-lane tube racer is controlled via boom-gate for orderly flow and safety. Please follow staff instructions.

Equipment Hire Policy

Deposit Requirements

All equipment hire requires a refundable deposit which will be returned upon safe return of items:

Lockers: R50 refundable deposit
Private Party Decks: R50 refundable deposit per bench
Bodyboards: R100 refundable deposit
Gazebos, Loungers, Umbrellas, Chairs: No deposit required

Deposits are refunded in full when equipment is returned in good condition. Any damage may result in deposit forfeiture.

Booking Policy

Birthday Parties

Minimum 10 people required
Booking essential
R150 per person
No bookings during peak seasons

Group Bookings

Minimum 30 people required
Booking essential
Rates on request
No bookings during peak seasons

School Groups

Available during school terms only
Half day: 9:00 - 13:00
Full day option available

All attractions are regularly inspected and maintained to the highest safety standards. Certified lifeguards and slide monitors are strategically positioned throughout the park. A manager is always on duty during operating hours.
